庆阳喷淋塔除雾器的冲洗水压
除雾器水压一般根据冲洗喷嘴的特征与除雾器之间的距离等因素确定(喷嘴与除雾器之间的距离一般为650-900mm),冲洗水压低时,冲洗效果差。冲洗水压高则易造成烟气二次带水。同时降低叶片使用寿命。一般情况下,一级除雾器采用两层冲洗;及烟气的正面一层(除雾器对烟气的临界面)向上冲洗,水压为2.5-105pa以内,除雾器的背面一层向下冲洗,水压为1.5-105pa以内.二级除雾器采用一层向上冲洗,水压同一级同样。反面不冲洗,以免造成二次携带。具体的数值需根据工况情况而定。

The size of blade spacing has great influence on defrosting efficiency of mist eliminator. With the increase of blade spacing, the efficiency of mist removal is reduced.
The increase of the inter plate distance makes the particle size in the channel larger, and the velocity direction of the air flow tends to be slow, which makes the particle to follow the air flow better, and is easy to flow out of the blade channel with the air flow and not be captured, so the effect of mist removal is reduced. The selection of mist eliminator blade spacing is very important for ensuring the fog removal efficiency and maintaining the stable operation of fog removal system. Large blade spacing, low mist removal efficiency and serious water flue gas lead to the failure of the induced draft fan and heat exchanger, resulting in the abnormal shutdown of the whole system. When the blade spacing is too small, the efficiency of external energy consumption is reduced, and scaling and blockage on the blades will cause the whole system to be shut down. The blade spacing was selected according to the comprehensive characteristics of flue gas characteristics (velocity, SO2 content, dust concentration with water load), absorption and utilization rate, and leaf structure. At present, the spacing between the blades of the demister commonly used in the desulfurization system is between 25-40.
