1.2除雾器冲洗水管能够满足吸收塔内的使用工况，包括微酸性气体环境，以及含部分颗粒物的烟气。
1.3除雾器冲洗管、喷嘴及构件应能在吸收塔腐蚀、热和磨损浆液条件下防止断裂和腐蚀。管道应易于拆卸和组合。
1.4供方应确保烟气温度在80摄氏度时和短时(10分钟)90摄氏度除雾器冲洗水管不会损坏。
1.5喷嘴设计应与管道连接牢固并易于拆卸。除雾器喷嘴与管道应长期牢固地运行在实际活荷载下。
1.6所有组件的设计，包括除雾器冲洗水母管、支管及和喷嘴的链接构件应有足够的强度，能够承受除雾器重新水泵的压力，并能防止实际运行条件下的振动。

2.1除雾器管道、法兰采用玻璃钢FRP，喷嘴采用PP-R材质。
2.2垫圈采用EPDM。
